In October, one of our members in the HTO group, professor Bengt Sandblad was announced as the winner of the HR-book award by the The Swedish Association of HRM (Sveriges HR Förening) for the book: Digitalization and Work Environment (Digitaliseringen och arbetsmiljön) with Jan Gulliksen, Ann Lantz, Åke Walldius and Carl Åborg as co-authors. In the text from the jury says:
„In the category Sweden’s HR book, the book that has given extraordinary support to those working with people’s development in the workplace is rewarded. The award has been awarded since 1982 and the books are judged according to the criteria topicality, concern and usability.“
The authors explain in the preface of the book that they hope that the book will contribute to the extending the knowledge of digital work environment and give practical advices and tools for preventing problems in the digital work environment.
The authors have extensive experience in research and elaboration of digital work environments with different perspectives in various domains and environments that are integrated in the book.
